This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information about you when you visit tidyloco.com (the “Site”), request a quote, or use our cleaning services (together, the “Services”). By using our Site or Services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
We collect the information you choose to share when you contact us or request a quote. This typically includes:
- Contact details such as your name, phone number, and email address.

- Property access details you provide so we can perform the service (for example, your address, entry instructions, or parking notes).
- Messages and preferences you include in the quote form, texts, emails, or phone calls.
- Payment-related information if you become a customer. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our Site.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit the Site, some information may be collected automatically by us or our providers, such as your device type, browser, general location (from your IP address), the pages you view, and how you arrived at the Site. This helps us keep the Site working and understand what visitors find useful. See “Cookies and analytics” below.
Information from third parties
If you contact us through a third-party tool (for example, a scheduling app, a form service, or a social media page), we may receive the information you submit there so we can respond to you.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide free quotes;
- Schedule, perform, and manage your cleaning services;

- Keep our business and customers safe, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Text messaging (SMS)
We offer the option to reach us, and for us to reach you, by text message. If you text us or opt in to text updates:
- You consent to receive text messages from Tidy Loco at the phone number you provide, including messages about your quote, scheduling, and service.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP. After you reply STOP, we may send one confirmation message.
- We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in with third parties for their own marketing.
Consenting to text messages is never a condition of purchasing any service.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers. We use trusted vendors to run our business, for example website hosting, form and email delivery, scheduling, and payment processing. They may access information only to perform work on our behalf.
- Our cleaning team. Our uniformed, background-checked staff receive the details needed to complete your service (such as your address and access instructions).
- Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tidy Loco, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers. If our business is sold or reorganized, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works. Our Site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering those files.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our Services, maintain our business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
7. How we protect your information
